Dear James,

Today was Christmas number 3! (You're so lucky you get to have so many Christmas')
We first went with Oma to Happy Hallow Petting Zoo!

You had a blast! And you loved the goats! And wanted to take them all home with you! 

Then we went and opened presents with Oma and Opa.

Today was Christmas round 2! We had the Edmunds family Christmas.  We opened gifts at Grandpa Greg's and Mama Teri's.

Then we went and opened gifts at Nana's house with the whole Edmunds family!

You playing with cousin Erin.

Then it was time for bowling! You loved that and had fun rolling the ball down the lane! 

Later you got to take a bath in the sink!

You had a good second Christmas!

Dear James,

MERRY CHRISTMAS! This is your second Christmas ever!
We needed to go to church first so before you could see what Santa brought we got you all dressed and ready and drove to Morgan Hill for church.  It was great because you got to see your Oma and Uncle Eric, and got to still be with Grandma and Grandpa, Uncle Garrett, Aunt Kelsey, Gigi and Papa and the whole Hanson Family!!! A lot of people who love you and love to spend time with you.

After church we drove back to Pleasanton and you napped so you would be ready to open presents once everyone got there.
Every one got back into their pj's and lined up to go see what Santa brought! Then you walked out and got to see all the presents under the tree ( I think you thought they were all for you) And you knew exactly which toy was yours!

You got lots of fun stuff! Santa brought you a little remote control car and you love it!

Mommy and daddy got you a broom because you love to help me sweep everyday so now you have your very own! 

I think one of your favorite gifts was from uncle Garrett.  He got you bacon and every time you press a button it says "I'm bacon".  You think it's the best thing ever and it's hilarious! 

You had an awesome Christmas and you loved everything you got and you loved to open them too!

Dear James,

Tonight is Christmas Eve! Santa is coming tonight!

You got to jump on the trampoline and you loved it!
Then we had our Adams Family dinner and you got to drink from the bottle of some sparking cider!

Then we had our Amazingly! Awesome! Nativity!  You played baby Jesus again and this year your manger was your blue chair and you gave everyone that came to see you a Cheeto! 

You loved all the singing and dancing! 

It was then time to open 1 gift! And you loved ripping the paper! You got to open your new pajamas!

You then wrote a letter to Santa and helped to make sure there was lots of cookies and milk for Santa and some carrots for the reindeer.  You were a little too excited and had a hard time falling asleep but you finally did! Now mommy and daddy have to go to bed so Santa can come!

Dear James,
We got to go to Grandma's for a whole week! And you had so much fun!

You dumped a box of cereal all over the floor

You got Santa diapers and had to show them off to everyone

Then you dumped them all over the floor and tried to put them back 

We visited Grandma at her school and you got to sit with the kids during story time

Then you drank from the sink 

You bummed down the stairs

You wanted to find all your presents 

You loved the tree

You had to hide all your gifts

You got covered in flour 

Grandma let you eat frosting out of the bowl

You watched videos with Uncle Garrett

It was a fun fun fun week! And tomorrow we get to drive to California for Christmas!!!

We made a tent today in your crib! You loved it! You loved to crawl underneath then jump out and laugh! I love days like this!

Today you got to meet Santa! You were a little scared of him but you still told him that you wanted a toy car for Christmas.  Santa was happy that you were a good boy and said that maybe next year you can sit on his lap and tell him what you want.

Then we got to go drive up to Thanksgiving Point and look at all the lights they had up.  You thought it was great because you got to sit on daddy's lap while he drove around. You also loved to look at Santa's reindeer that where there visiting from the North Pole.

Dear James,

We got to fly out to California to spend Thanksgiving with Oma and Opa!  Gramps and Grams took us to the airport and it was snowing! When we got out of the car you would not let go of Gramps! You just started screaming if we even got close to you and just clung on to him tighter!  Finally we did have to take you so we could go through security and everything. But it was really sweet and cute!
Once we got on the plane we put you in your car seat and you were out before we even took off. I love how good of a flyer you are!

You loved to play at Oma and Opa's! You loved to play with Sam and climb all over him! You loved to sit in the little rocking chair they had.

We had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory

I got to go around and take pictures for people there in Morgan Hill so you got to stay and play at the house. You guys had so much fun!

One day though we took you with us when I took pictures for your great aunt Cami. The place we went had a huge chess set and you loved playing with all the pieces!

It was finally Thanksgiving!  I got to help bake some pies and rolls and you had fun playing with Papa Greg, Mama Teri, and Nana (They came to visit and help celebrate the holiday with us!)
You loved all the food but I think you liked to play with it more then eat it!
Later that night you snuggled up with Opa on the sofa and fell asleep.  You love to cuddle with all your grandparents and they all just love it!

Sadly it was time to leave.  Our flight was late at night so when we got to the airport we changed you into your pj's and got you all ready to fall asleep as soon as we got on the plane.
While we were waiting in line you had to wave to everyone that was walking past and kept saying "bye bye" And they all thought you were so cute and funny!
On the plane you got to sit by daddy this time and instead of falling asleep you decided that you were wide awake and wanted to play. I couldn't help but laugh!

We made it safely home and you are happy to be sleeping in your own bed!
